I sit here wondering why it’s time,
Thinking about her face,
She’s smiling, glowing like the sun,
I tell myself as I grab the gun,
I tried my best, I gave it my all,
Now I wonder as I fall,
Will she ever care about how I lived,
About how much I cared so deeply,
I hit the floor staring at myself in my blood,
Only so murky like the mud,
Feeling my chest collapsing,
As I see my life flash before me,
Where sometimes I was truly happy,
I lay here for these few moments,
I cry, in my final thoughts I see her standing like an angel,
Then the world goes dark,
And I finally am at peace.
